Sweepstakes “4 Fragrances for Christmas”

 

1 / Organizer of the Sweepstakes

The company C.I.L Services SARL, with registered offices at 35 quai de la Tournelle, 75005 Paris, France, listed in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number B480 405 513 (APE 514 L), is organizing a free, no-purchase-necessary sweepstakes entitled “4 Fragrances for Christmas”, exclusively accessible through its sponsored ads on social media platforms (Meta Ads – Facebook and Instagram), from October 14, 2025 at 10:30 AM to November 2, 2025 at 11:59:59 PM.

For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the company C.I.L Services will be referred to by its brand name “Hanae Mori Parfums”.

Participation is free of charge. However, standard internet connection fees may apply depending on your internet provider (please check with your operator).

 

2 / Eligibility

This sweepstakes is open to residents of France aged 18 and over.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

• Employees of Hanae Mori Parfums,
• Agents or representatives of Hanae Mori Parfums,
• Any person or entity directly or indirectly involved in organizing the sweepstakes,
• Immediate family members or household members of the above.

Only one entry per person and per household is allowed.

Hanae Mori Parfums reserves the right to verify participants’ identity and eligibility and to reject any entry that does not comply with these terms.

Participation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Entries submitted via telephone, mail, or email will not be accepted. Incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified. Any attempt at fraud will result in permanent exclusion from the sweepstakes.

 

3 / How to Enter

To participate, users must:

• Click on the “Sign Up” button in the Meta ad (Facebook or Instagram),
• Complete the registration form with all mandatory fields, including a valid email address,
• Do so between October 14, 2025 at 10:30 AM and November 2, 2025 at 11:59 PM.

Hanae Mori Parfums reserves the right to:

• Modify the duration of the sweepstakes,
• Postpone or cancel the sweepstakes,
• Change the terms at any time.

Participants will be informed of any changes through appropriate communication channels.

 

4 / Prizes

The following prizes are offered:

• 1 × Butterfly Eau de Parfum 100ml (retail value: €115)
• 1 × Hanae Eau de Parfum 100ml (retail value: €115)
• 1 × HM Eau de Parfum 100ml (retail value: €98)
• 1 × HIM Eau de Parfum 100ml (retail value: €98)
• Free shipping included

The winner authorizes Hanae Mori Parfums, with prior consent, to publish their first and last name on the website. In the absence of such consent, the winner may object in writing.

The winner's name and location (region only) will be available upon written request to Hanae Mori Parfums after the end of the sweepstakes. No information will be given over the phone.

Winner Selection:

• One winner will be manually drawn at random from all valid entries and will receive all four fragrances.
• The winner will be contacted within 15 days following the end of the sweepstakes by email.
• Hanae Mori Parfums will make up to three contact attempts. If there is no response, no further follow-up will be made.

 

5 / Liability

Hanae Mori Parfums shall not be held liable for:

• Cancellation or modification of the sweepstakes due to force majeure,
• Technical issues or internet/network failures,
• Incorrect configuration of participants’ computer or mobile devices,
• Inaccurate contact information provided by participants.

 

6 / Publicity & Promotion

With the winner’s consent, Hanae Mori Parfums may use their name, first name, address, and photo for promotional purposes in connection with the sweepstakes. No additional compensation will be offered.

The winner is not required to accept this clause in order to receive their prize.

 

7 / Access to Rules

These rules are:

9 / Disputes

Participation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.

In the event of a dispute or any matter not covered by these terms, Hanae Mori Parfums will make the final decision. Any complaints must be submitted in writing within one month following the end of the sweepstakes to the address above.

In case of unresolved disputes, jurisdiction will be determined by the participant’s place of residence, in accordance with consumer protection laws.
