Delivery

All packages are usually shipped within 48 working hours.

Parfums Hanae Mori reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if it is deemed fraudulent in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale.

Deliveries can be made in USA, Mexico, Canada.

For other countries, please contact us beforehand.

For USA, the delivery time is less than 7 days by Fedex international Economy and 3 days if you choose the option of a priority shipment.

For USA, Canada and Mexico Fedex delivery fees are 9.90 $ with an additional charge for express delivery.

For orders shipped outside of Europe, a Customs Handling Fee may be applied at checkout. The amount is based on the import duties and taxes in effect in the destination country. If no customs duties or import charges apply, no Customs Handling Fee will be charged.

For Fedex shipments, please connect to the Fedex website and enter your tracking number that was given to you when you confirmed your order.

For Priority shipments, please connect to the website of the selected carrier with the tracking number that was given to you when you confirmed your order.

You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your reasons or pay a penalty.

Returns are only accepted if the products are in their original condition and complete (including packaging) allowing them to be marketed again in new condition, and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice for optimal management.
