In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.
For the sale of goods, this period begins on the date the product is received by the customer or by a third party designated by the customer.
Return Conditions
For health and hygiene reasons, the following products are not eligible for return or cancellation:
- Opened cosmetics and fragrances, including products whose protective seal, blister, or cellophane wrapping has been removed.
- Products that have been personalized through our Engraving Atelier.
- Limited edition products offered by Hanae Mori Parfums.

Once your return has been received, our team will inspect the returned items. If the return complies with our policy, your refund will be processed within 30 business days of receipt.
