1. Sponsor

Hanae Mori Parfums is organizing a free, no-purchase-necessary sweepstakes entitled "Summer Giveaway", available exclusively through its official website from June 22, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. (CEST) until August 31, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. (CEST).

Participation is free of charge. However, participants are responsible for any internet access or connection fees charged by their service provider.

 

2. Eligibility

This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of France who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate:

• Employees of Hanae Mori Parfums;
• Representatives or agents of Hanae Mori Parfums;
• Any individual or entity directly or indirectly involved in the organization or administration of the Sweepstakes;
• Immediate family members or members of the same household as any of the above.

Only one (1) entry per person and per household is permitted.

Hanae Mori Parfums reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of participants and to reject any entry that does not comply with these Official Rules.

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules.

Entries submitted by telephone, postal mail, or email will not be accepted. Incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified. Any attempt to manipulate or fraudulently participate in the Sweepstakes will result in immediate disqualification.

 

3. How to Enter

To participate in the Sweepstakes, entrants must:

• Click the "Play Now" button displayed in the website pop-up;
• Complete the entry form by:
• Answering the question: "Which Hanae Mori universe appeals to you most?"
• Providing a valid email address;
• Clicking the "Enter the Giveaway" button.

Entries must be submitted between June 22, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. (CEST) and August 31, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. (CEST).

Hanae Mori Parfums reserves the right to modify the duration of the Sweepstakes, postpone or cancel it, or amend these Official Rules at any time, particularly in cases of force majeure or when circumstances require such action, without incurring any liability.

Participants will be informed of any significant changes through any appropriate means of communication.

 

4. Prize Details

The prizes available in this Sweepstakes are as follows:

Prize #1 : Her Discovery Set

One (1) Her Discovery Set, featuring Butterfly Eau de Parfum and Hanae Eau de Parfum in 50 ml (1.7 fl. oz.) bottles, each provided in its original individual packaging.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $ 225.

Prize #2 – His Discovery Set

One (1) His Discovery Set, featuring HM Eau de Parfum and HIM Eau de Parfum in 50 ml (1.7 fl. oz.) bottles, each provided in its original individual packaging.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $ 205

The prize awarded to the winner will be determined based on the answer provided to Question #1: “Which Hanae Mori universe appeals to you most?”

• Participants who select “Butterfly – Floral & Gourmand” or “Hanae – Fruity & Sweet” will receive Prize #1: Her Discovery Set.
• Participants who select “HM – Fresh & Aromatic” or “HiM – Warm & Spicy” will receive Prize #2: His Discovery Set.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, substituted, or replaced with any other prize.

With the winner’s prior consent, the Sponsor may publish the winner’s first name and the initial of their last name for promotional purposes related to the Sweepstakes. If the winner does not consent, they may object in writing.

The winner’s name will be made available upon written request addressed to Hanae Mori Parfums after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes. No information will be provided by telephone.

Winner Selection

• One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The prize awarded will depend on the answer submitted to the question: “Which Hanae Mori universe appeals to you the most?”
• The winner will be contacted by email within fifteen (15) days following the end of the Sweepstakes.
• Hanae Mori Parfums will send up to three (3) reminder emails. If no response is received, no further contact attempts will be made.
• If the winner fails to respond within two (2) months, a new random drawing will be conducted to select an alternate winner.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

Hanae Mori Parfums shall not be held liable for:

• The cancellation or modification of the Sweepstakes due to force majeure or circumstances beyond its reasonable control;
• Technical failures, network issues, or interruptions affecting participation;
• Improper configuration or malfunction of participants’ computer equipment or devices;
• Incorrect or incomplete contact information provided by participants.

 

6. Publicity

Subject to the winner’s prior consent, Hanae Mori Parfums may use the winner’s name, first name, address, and photograph for promotional purposes related to the Sweepstakes without additional compensation.

Acceptance of this publicity authorization is not a condition for receiving the prize.

 

7. Availability of the Official Rules

These Official Rules are:

• Available free of charge on the Hanae Mori Parfums website at https://parfums-hanaemori.com;
• Available by email upon request;
• Available by postal mail upon written request. Reasonable mailing costs will be reimbursed.

9. General Provisions

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules.

Any issue concerning the interpretation or application of these Official Rules shall be determined by the Sponsor in accordance with applicable law.

Any dispute relating to the Sweepstakes must be submitted in writing within one (1) month following the closing date of the Sweepstakes and addressed to Hanae Mori Parfums.

If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, jurisdiction shall lie with the court chosen by the claimant in accordance with applicable law.
