All packages are usually shipped within 48 working hours.

Parfums Hanae Mori reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if it is deemed fraudulent in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale.

Deliveries can be made in USA, Mexico, Canada.

For other countries, please contact us beforehand.

For USA, the delivery time is less than 7 days by Fedex international Economy and 3 days if you choose the option of a priority shipment.

Pour la France, La Corse et Monaco, les frais de livraison Colissimo sont au tarif unique de 4,90 € et de 9,90 € pour une livraison en Express. Les frais de livraison Colissimo sont offerts pour toute commande supérieure à 70 €. Pour l’Europe, les frais de livraison Colissimo sont au tarif unique de 7,90 € et de 14,90 € pour une livraison en Express. Les frais de livraison demeurent à la charge du client quelque soit le montant de sa commande.

For Fedex shipments, please connect to the Fedex website and enter your tracking number that was given to you when you confirmed your order.

For Priority shipments, please connect to the website of the selected carrier with the tracking number that was given to you when you confirmed your order.

You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your reasons or pay a penalty.

Returns are only accepted if the products are in their original condition and complete (including packaging) allowing them to be marketed again in new condition, and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice for optimal management.
